On behalf of the International Commission of Jurists, I am pleased invite you to an online webinar on litigation before the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) focusing on immigration detention and alternatives to detention of children. The webinar will take place on 28 November 2025, from 11:00 to 12:30 CET.
This session will explore the practical aspects of litigating children’s rights in the context of immigration detention before the ECtHR. It will provide practical insights into litigation, implementation of ECtHR judgments, and guidance on bringing a case before the Court covering admissibility requirements and procedural steps.
