I am writing to you on behalf of the ICJ since we are working on a project on immigration detention and alternatives to detention of children.
I am happy to share with you the agenda and registration link for the online webinar on litigation to the CJEU scheduled for 22 May 2025 at 11:30 am - 13:00 pm CET.
The webinar will focus on the preliminary ruling procedure, and the infringement procedure. We aim to bring together lawyers, public authorities, NGO representatives, legal clinics, and any other participants who might be interested in the topic. Please feel free to share the invitation with your colleagues.
